Hot Rod Shocks are styled after the early style shock absorbers of the late 1940’s (F1 Ford Style).

Powdered Coated Black Finish. Sold as a pair.

designed to improve rebound to keep your tires in contact with the road, while also reducing the fluid foaming that may degrade damping and lead to fade and a 1-3/16” piston bore gives your ride a step up in performance and handling.

What also makes these shocks great is that they have a 5/8” bushing top and bottom (No more pressing out the metal sleeve) they go right onto our F1 mounts, lower shock mounts and shock studs.

Please Note: we also offer these shocks with the top metal bushing of 29/64” (11mm bolt), the metal bush is needed in some styles of upper mounting.. Please select that option if needed.
